Muhammad Irfan Shareef

Mr. Irfan Shareef is an emerging Clinical Psychologist with a strong academic foundation and hands-on clinical exposure of 1 year across a range of mental health settings. With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Quaid-e-Azam University, he brings a modern, evidence-based approach to psychological assessment and therapy.

Irfan has experience working with diverse populations—adolescents and adults alike—addressing a Neurodevelopment disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Behavioral issues, Learning disorder, Anxiety and Stress Management, Anger Management, Depression and Mood Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship and family dynamics, Career Counseling, and Behavioral Assessment as well as Psychometric testing. He is especially sensitive to the psychological challenges shaped by cultural dynamics and modern family systems.

He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). His approach integrates these models with a compassionate understanding of each individual’s life context. Irfan is also skilled in psychological testing, report writing, and research analysis, providing thorough and tailored insights into each case.
