Anxiety, Assessments
profile
Khadija Zafar, a clinical psychologist, has been connected to the field since 2020. Over the years, she has supported individuals through their most vulnerable moments—helping them manage and cope with anxiety, guilt, overthinking, emotional pain, and the quiet struggles they often find hard to share with anyone else.
She is trained in the assessment and therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns. Above all, she believes deeply in the power of active listening—not to “fix” you, because therapy isn’t about fixing broken people, but to offer a non-judgmental, safe space where you can open up, feel heard, make sense of your experiences, and begin your healing journey.
